30-Day Fitness Challenge
To Welcome the 1st Day of Summer
It's that time of year again and time to get back on track, jump start your Super Summer and get fit for 2012. Here at Body Systems FitClub, we're dedicating the next month to helping you set out on your path for the rest of the year. Introducing our FitClub 30-Day Fitness Challenge. As part of our monthly Fitness Coaching for this month, we've added incentives that include $100s of prizes!
Welcome to your 30-day Fitness Challenge! Starting on May 20th - June 20th, we'll take each day as a step in learning how to focus on daily healthy choices. By focusing on what you're doing today...right now...you may just learn to enjoy the process of healthy living. Just a note: Each challenge is designed to be implemented without too much effort, but some challenges may not work for you. Some alternatives will occasionally be provided for you but, if something doesn't work for you, please choose your own challenges to accomplish. If you're following your own workout program, feel free to substitute any workouts with your own or modify the workouts provided to fit your needs and fitness level.

THE DETAILS! The challenge is 30 days...each day we email participants their challenges for the day. People can do them or not or even take longer then 30 days to do them. They are meant to be small steps toward a healthier lifestyle. 5 areas each day: Active, Cardio, Strength,Flexibility, Nutrition and Mind. For example one "active" challenge is to walk an additional flight of stairs that you normally wouldn't do. Another day the "nutrition" challenge is to get at least 5 servings of vegetables that day. Main thing is to become aware of small changes... the whole thing is that we can't just change everything overnight. It won't "stick".

QUESTIONS:
Do I need to be physically fit in order to participate?: No! That's the great thing about this. It's about becoming healthier no matter your fitness level. This is NOT about difficult exercises..it's about simple LIFESTYLE challenges for anyone.
Why do I have to Pay to Enter? This is more then a giveaway of AWESOME prizes...it's 30 days of Fitness/Health Coaching from our staff of great fitness & nutrition professionals. Before the challenge starts our staff will email you questions about your goals and help you one-on-one with fitness, workout, and nutrition questions.
How much would you pay for a personal trainer, workout instructor, nurse and a dietitian for a month of unlimited access to questions, and goal planning? If you don't have any questions? That's ok too. We won't bore you with goal setting or nutrition advice. You can also do the daily challenges, and win prizes! We're fine with that. We're also here for you if at any time in those 30 days you do have a question.

Also each week we'll be breaking down some fitness fundamentals, from strength training to running, from healthy eating to creating all around healthy habits. Whether you're new to fitness or are revamping your exercise routine, we're here to help. Look for tips, advice, recipes, and work outs both here and on Facebook, where we will be keeping a log of our own fitness goals for 2012.
