Join us as we finish the year stress free, healthier, stronger and ready for 2020.
DETAILS
We will email you a challenge each day that will focus on either Mental Health, Physical Health, Stress Relief, Nutrition, or Exercise. Maybe a combination but no challenge will take more than 10 minutes. The end of the year is not the time to add to your busy schedule.

Our goal with this challenge is to keep you on your wellness track no matter where you are starting. Maybe you have gotten busy with work, kids, activities and your own health has taken a back seat. No more sista! We are going to motivate you to do your best and be ready to jump into 2020 feeling stronger then ever.

This challenge will include a daily action challenge that will be short and thought provoking or an action that won't take more than 10 minutes.

You will have access to a private Facebook Group Page where we will post short workouts, menu ideas, and discuss all things that can interrupt our normal wellness goals.

Now the fun part. There will be prizes for participation. We will have some individual prizes and then a GRAND PRIZE WINNER! We will have a full list of prizes by Dec. 1 at the start of the Challenge.
It's time. It's time to finally enjoy the Holiday season and feel in control of your wellness. Then on Jan 2nd (we're all taking Jan 1 as a rest day) you'll be ready for a BETTER YOU in the NEW YEAR. Stick around we have plans for a JANUARY CHALLENGE.
