What is a Wellness Coach?
As a Certified Fitness Instructor, I've taught group classes and also trained individuals but the greatest satisfaction is seeing people get excited about their health. Whether it be a workout program, or guiding them with their nutrition...my role is to encourage and support. To lead you in the right direction.
Coaches are positive, compassionate, humble and fun! Coaches strive for students to have a personal experience of moral support, encouragement and coaching. Coaches help them achieve not only slimmer waistlines but also the confidence that they can accomplish any goal that they put their minds to and that they are worth the effort!
It is my goal to help my readers make health and wellness a priority. Achieving fitness goals is a very personal experience. I want to provide my readers with the information to help make the choices that will work for them.
